Our Story.
HLTH Care was founded with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional, person-centred care that empowers individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives.
Our journey began in 2018 with the creation of HLTH Group, a health and social care compliance organisation dedicated to supporting CQC and Ofsted-regulated providers. Through our work in compliance, registration, HR, Health & Safety, and training, we gained invaluable insight into the challenges and gaps faced by care providers.
Our Experience.
With this experience, we recognised a vital opportunity—to move beyond consultancy and directly deliver outstanding care. In 2023, HLTH Care was launched as the operational care arm of HLTH Group, marking the beginning of our journey as a care provider. Shortly after, we acquired our first service, Salis Care, a supported living service for adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. This marked the start of our commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care directly to those who need it most.
The Future.
Since then, HLTH Care has grown to include Progress Lives, our children’s residential service, dedicated to supporting young people with complex needs. With a multidisciplinary team of care professionals, clinicians, and support staff, we deliver care that is not only safe and effective but also deeply compassionate and empowering.
